If you play music off your phone in public, you are trash.

Is it trashy to play music when you don’t have headphones? The answer is yes, 100 percent trash. If you are in a confined public, or private place, and play music without using headphones you’re pretty much a dirt bag. This is behavior for your home. Nowhere else. What gives you the right? Who raised you? Why would you think this is, okay? All of these would be great questions to ask, but I’d bet if you engage in this behavior, you wouldn’t have an answer. I would also imagine you would react badly to the question, possibly even violently. This is where we are at in the world. People will come into a sauna at a health club or even sit next to you on public transport and play music. Sometimes even with a Bluetooth speaker! This is mad. It’s usually rap music, but I’ve heard R&B and even Chistian rock music. The genre isn’t the issue here. Not that any of the offenders have ever offered another type of music to play. Haha. But this just infuriates me. Maybe if they asked the people around them if the music bothered anyone before the started playing it, I wouldn’t have as much of a problem with it. I’d probably even go along with it bopping my head as you do. But that has never happened. Noone playing the music has ever Asked anyone if it was, okay?? They type who does this, wouldn’t bother. They actually don’t even acknowledge the offense. They don’t even understand the classless act. They don’t consider anything. Not the volume or the subject matter. How? How could you genuinely disregard everyone around you? I simply cannot relate to not caring or even noticing what’s going around you in a social situation. Maybe im just an anxious mess which is definitely the case. But maybe these guys are just psychopaths? Is that too much of a stretch or am I just too worried about what people think of me? Probably a bit of both, but I do know one thing. I will never be that guy. And nor do I want to. If you see me playing music without full consent of the people around me, feel free to form a mob, and hang me. The only reasonable response to this heathen act.
